About WhiteRabbit Agro

Building verifiable agriculture in Enugu State.

White Rabbit Agro Ltd. (RC 7126250) is an agribusiness development company headquartered in Enugu State, Nigeria. We produce, aggregate, and supply high-value agricultural commodities from our farm holdings at Amaechi Idodo, Nkanu East LGA — and we build everything so you can check it.

Who we are

An agribusiness development company — with honest numbers.

WhiteRabbit Agro does three things: we produce high-value crops on land we manage, we aggregate produce from a supervised network of smallholder farmers, and we supply those commodities to buyers. The agro real estate products on this site sit on top of that operating business — you own the land; our production system farms it.

Our farm holdings are at Amaechi Idodo, Nkanu East LGA, Enugu State: around 100 hectares of land holding, cultivated and uncultivated, with 7 hectares under active cultivation today and expanding. We'd rather show you real numbers than impressive ones — in a category burned by inflated claims, the honest figure is the credential.

Everything we publish is written to be verified: a registered company (RC 7126250), a named estate and LGA you can visit, and documentation we hand over for independent legal review before you pay.

What we do

Three pillars, one supply chain.

Production on company-managed land, a supervised outgrower network, and managed farmland ownership for investors — each pillar feeds the same aggregation and supply operation.

Managed farmland ownership

Titled hectares at WhiteRabbit Cocoa Estate, farmed by our team on your behalf. Three products: Chocolate City Scheme I — cocoa with plantain intercrop at ₦27,000,000 per hectare; Hass Avocado & Pawpaw at ₦35,000,000 per hectare; and Greenhouse Production at ₦37,000,000 per hectare, built as two 4,000 sqm Nigerian-climate shade-net structures.

How the model works

Direct production & spice programme

On company-managed land we currently grow ginger, cocoa, watermelon, squash, and bell pepper. The spice programme is expanding into chilli pepper varieties, habanero, Nsukka/bullet eye pepper, and turmeric.

Outgrower & aggregation network

A supervised scheme with vetted smallholder farmers across Enugu State. Farmers are identified through the Enugu State Ministry of Agriculture's farmer database, enrolled selectively, held to company-enforced input standards and harvest protocols, and their produce aggregated centrally.

Farmwise — our farm-management platform

Alongside the farming itself, we build the software that runs it. Farmwise is our farm-management and traceability platform — the same system that logs inputs, treatments, and yields against each specific plot and feeds investors’ quarterly reports. Developed for our own estate and outgrower network, it is a WhiteRabbit product in its own right.

Technology

Farmwise: the system behind the reports.

Farmwise is a digital farm-management platform developed under WhiteRabbit Agro. It is how a distributed operation — company plots plus outgrower plots across Enugu State — stays traceable.

GPS-mapped plots

Every plot — company-managed or outgrower — is mapped, so we know exactly what is planted where.

Per-plot activity logs

Planting, inputs, treatments, and harvests are logged against the specific plot, not a spreadsheet estimate.

Production history

A running production record per farmer and per plot — the raw material for traceability and reporting.

For investors, this matters directly: the same system that tracks every outgrower plot produces your quarterly report.
