Privacy Policy

The short version: we collect only what you give us, we use it to do what you asked us to do, we don’t sell it to anyone, and we delete it when you tell us to. The longer version follows — in plain language, because a privacy policy you can’t read protects nobody.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by White Rabbit Agro Ltd. (RC 7126250), a company registered in Nigeria and headquartered in Enugu State, Nigeria. For anything in this policy — questions, requests, complaints — write to us at hello@whiterabbitagro.com. We are the data controller for the personal data described below.

2. What we collect

We only collect information you actively give us through the forms on this site:

  • Your name;
  • Your email address;
  • Your phone / WhatsApp number, if you choose to provide it;
  • The country you tell us you’re based in;
  • The answers you give in our forms and in the investor readiness quiz — for example your product interest, budget band, timeline, and main concern.

We do not collect anything you haven’t typed into a form, and browsing this site without submitting a form does not require you to identify yourself.

3. Why we collect it

We use your information for three purposes, and no others:

  • To respond to your enquiries — if you contact us or book a session, we use your details to reply and prepare for the conversation;
  • To give you the materials you requested — such as the Due-Diligence Kit or your quiz results;
  • Occasional updates — only with your marketing opt-in. If you opted in, we may send occasional updates about the estate and our products. Every such message includes an unsubscribe option, and you can withdraw consent at any time.

4. Where your data is stored

Form submissions are stored in our customer relationship management (CRM) system, which is hosted by Sanity. The website itself is hosted on Vercel. Both act as data processors on our behalf; they process your data to provide their hosting services to us, not for their own purposes.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your information until you ask us to delete it. Email hello@whiterabbitagro.com with a deletion request and we will remove your records from our systems.

6. Your rights

You have the right, at any time, to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you;
  • Correct anything that is inaccurate or out of date;
  • Erase your data (“right to be forgotten”);
  • Withdraw consent to marketing messages, without affecting anything else.

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@whiterabbitagro.com. We don’t make you fill in a special form or prove anything beyond confirming you are who you say you are.

7. No selling, no sharing

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties beyond the processing providers named above (Sanity and Vercel), who are bound to process it only on our instructions. Your details are never handed to advertisers, brokers, or list vendors.

8. Cookies

This site uses, at most, functional cookies (needed for the site to work) and basic analytics (to understand which pages are useful). We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. If our use of cookies changes materially, this policy will be updated first.

9. Governing framework

Our handling of your data is governed by the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) and the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR). If you are a resident of the European Union or the United Kingdom, you additionally have the rights provided under the GDPR and UK-GDPR, including the rights of access, rectification, erasure, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Whatever framework applies to you, our practical commitment is the same: we honour the rights in section 6 for everyone.
