The scope below is the whole of it — from soil preparation to your quarterly report. The full terms live in the management agreement, which we hand over for your independent legal review before you commit.
Soil preparation & planting
Land clearing, soil testing, bed preparation, and planting of certified seedlings to our agronomic specifications — the same programme running on our own company plots.
Crop care & inputs
Scheduled fertilisation, pest and disease management, weeding, and drip irrigation. Every activity is logged against your specific plot in Farmwise, not estimated on a spreadsheet.
Harvest & post-harvest
Harvesting at optimal maturity, then initial processing — drying, sorting, grading — before produce moves to storage or sale.
Sales to vetted buyers
Produce is sold to vetted buyers. Revenue is reconciled to your plot, and you keep 65% of gross crop revenue — our compensation comes out of the harvest, so we earn our share only when the plantation produces.
Quarterly itemised reports
Four reports a year covering activity on your plot, expenses, and — once harvests begin — yield and revenue, itemised line by line.
Site access with notice
Visit your plot with advance notice. We arrange an accompanied tour of the estate at Amaechi Idodo and a briefing with the team on the ground.
Farmwise: the system behind your report.
Every plot on the estate is GPS-mapped in Farmwise, our digital farm-management platform. Planting, inputs, treatments, and — when they come — harvests are logged against the specific plot, building a running production record. Your quarterly report is generated from that per-plot log, not written from memory. It is precision agriculture in service of one thing: numbers you can check.
An honest note on timing.
Field operations began in July 2025. There have been no harvests and no payouts yet — the first plantain harvests are the near-term milestone, with plantain income beginning around month 10 of a plot's cycle and cocoa harvests from year 3. We would rather tell you that plainly here than let you discover it later.
