Farm Management

Professional Estate Management Services

Comprehensive turnkey farm operations that handle everything from planting to harvest, so you can own farmland without farming it yourself.

Our Approach

Hands-Off Farming for Busy Investors

WhiteRabbit Agro's farm management service transforms your titled land into a productive agricultural asset without requiring your daily involvement. Our experienced team of agronomists, farm supervisors, and field workers handle all operational aspects.

You receive transparent quarterly reports showing exactly what's happening on your plot—complete with photos, yield data, and financial statements. When harvest comes, we manage sales and distribution, depositing your net proceeds directly to your account.

This is ideal for diaspora investors, professionals, and anyone who wants agricultural returns without relocating to rural areas or learning farming techniques.

Common Questions

Farm Management FAQs

Can I terminate the management agreement if I'm not satisfied?

Yes. Full Management contracts have a 3-year initial term, but you can terminate with 90 days' notice after year 1. We'll transition operations to your chosen replacement or provide handover documentation for self-management. Any prepaid fees are prorated and refunded.

How do you determine my specific plot's yield and revenue?

We use GPS mapping and harvest tracking by plot section. During harvest, your designated area is harvested separately, weighed, graded, and documented with photos. This data feeds into your quarterly report and revenue calculation. You receive payment only for produce from your land.

What happens if there's crop failure or very low yield?

We carry crop insurance covering catastrophic losses (fire, flood, disease outbreak). For underperformance, no management fee is charged in zero-revenue quarters. Our track record shows 95%+ yield success rates due to diversified practices and proactive monitoring.

Can I visit my farm and see operations in person?

Absolutely. You own the land and can visit anytime with 48 hours' advance notice for security coordination. We organize quarterly group site visits for all investors with transport from Enugu. Many diaspora investors visit during annual trips home.
